Money in and money out

Deposits are usually taken over UPI. Withdrawals are the part that generates complaints, and the pattern is consistent: a withdrawal is held until identity details are accepted, and the name on the bank or UPI account has to match the name on the gaming account. Mismatched names are the most common single cause of a payout sitting unpaid.

We have no access to accounts, balances or payouts. If a withdrawal has not arrived, the only people who can act on it are the operator's own support staff.

Where people get stuck

OTP never arrives - usually network-side; try again from a different connection before assuming the account is blocked.
App will not open after an update - clearing the app cache resolves most of these.
Login works on one device but not another - check the number, not the password.
Balance shows but withdrawal is refused - almost always an incomplete identity check.

Before you decide
